Your post is a bit unclear. What does the "sick" modifier mean when used in conjunction with word "keylogger"?
I assume you want a sourcecode of one created in C/C++ language? It doesn't really matter if it's in DevCpp or Visual Studio C++, as these are only IDE's that automate a lot of things and contain editor of the code with integrated debugger and such, but the language they use is still the same (though Visual Studio's compiler has some extensions to the standard, though you can configure that with DevCpp too, or use I dunno... gcc with Visual Studio, so again, it doesn't matter).
Keylogger would somewhat useless if you didn't get the log of pressed keys (see, it's even in the name... key-logger. Key logger. Key LOGGEER. Logger. Log. LOG.
And not this thing)

Not sure if this is allowed, but I wrote one...

@Jacob: You mean like a list?
If, so, here is one:
C++ [still learning]
Java [not very much]
PHP [more of server scrips]
Here are languages I don't count as programming:
VBScript [I know probably .000001% of it, lol]
Batch
HTML
CSS
Is that all you wanted to know?
