Thanks to Elon Musk's company, the decision as to whether I should live or die will be "mine", and not that of the disease.

I agree with that sentiment. I think there's some real potential with this technology, but I hope the positive goals (curing disease) are realised as soon as they can be.

I couldn't agree more.

I get rather emotional when I see those who're suffering from an Incurable/debilitating disease. Funding and research, play an Integral role towards finding treatments specific to each disease. I do hope It happens a lot sooner than a little later.
