Without any second thoughts I would say my most hated vegetable is Bitter Gourd for exactly the same reason the name implies. I had it only once at my friends home for dinner not wanting to hurt his feelings and I regretted it immediately. I had bout of severe vomiting and giddiness. That was the last time I had Bitter Gourd.

I don't have any dislikes as such towards any vegetable. But colocasia (taro) is one vegetable which I consume less as I had mild allergic reaction when it was not cooked properly. Not that I hate it, on the contrary, I do like it but limit it's consumption.

Definitely not the worst vegetable, but I'm scared of lettuce 🥬. It's one of those vegetables that you need to thoroughly wash before you can eat it because of how it holds dirt. That's why it's not advisable to eat it anywhere. So I don't eat it anywhere if not at my house. Most people eat it without any complications, but for me, it might be because of a mild IBS, but I'm currently working on the IBS with Colonbroom. It's a health supplement that deals with digestive health issues, and I'm glad I'm seeing some improvements.
