What sort of fees would you charge for coming up for some good website designs and related graphics?

I know that's not exactly on your list of things, and I wouldn't expect you to write the code, but you seem to have the artistic mind. Would you be able to sketch something out that would be eye catching and cool? If so, what sort of prices would you charge?

or character illustration if needed .
my base price is $15 depends on the designs complexity ,,
