don't worry, friend. You'll find a new job.

There are now many different sites where they post vacancies about work, why don't you use them?

Many jobs have become redundant and so many are jobless now. After initial shock and depression on losing your livelihood, i am sure many have realised that this is not the end of the world for them. People have taken up odd jobs and some have got accustomed to work from home culture. For a few it is a well deserved break but for many it's a life and death situation. Hopefully things should get back to normal very soon.

Well said.

The virus has clearly demonstrated that anything can happen at any point In time, without warning and with devastating effects.

It is probably the most disastrous thing to lose your livelihood at this time according to me. This pandemic has cost jobs to many and I see people struggling to get another job to maintain their family as jobs are hard to come by. Not everyone would have money to sustain this period. Even for persons having saving, they would have used it up by now. It is really sad situation. If you say you are poor but happy at the loss of your job, I guess you have some sort of backup plans to overcome this bad patch.

I've often thought of Investing, but I'm fearful of the risk of losing everything, or most of It.

That being said, I've known people who are a lot more knowledgeable than myself and have made a significant profit.

you seem like the type of person that should get into microinvesting, try it out for a few years then slowly go up.

Also in todays digital age, its much easier to do your own research and educate yourself on becoming a good investor

I'm going to get an easy job working from home for 10 bucks an hour and chill. I used to make 70k as a bartender but was so miserable I spent it all on drugs, drinking and other nonsense so what was it for? The crazy Covid times have been kind of cathartic for me.
money isnt everything. sometimes having or receiving too much money can be something of a burden or feel overwhealming.
especíally if its a job you hate that is just stressing you out and not feeling worth it.
personally, Im gonna get a large tattoo, and having to put away and save money, and not spend every penny, has made me appreciate things I have more.

The Issue Is, I don't have the time to thoroughly research about Investing on a safe and profitable level.
