Have you ever been in a long distance relationship with a significant other?
I know it's challenging because that's how I'm feeling now.

I've never been in a long distance relationship, when you've got a girlfriend your supposed to meet her all the time, not schedule a day when you're going to fly over. Just my opinion,

No, I've never done that. But then again, Jill doesn't leave me often, we're always an arms length away.

I'm current girlfriend live in another town. Its like a one hour drive and about 2 hours if I use public transport. Not really a long distance relationship but its pretty hard sometimes.
We see each other only on weekends and almost never in the course of a week since we both have jobs. I personally find this kind of relationship ideal for me since I'm an asshole and can't really stand human contact for more then 3 days.

They almost never work out, no matter how optimistic you are.
