Logitech MX Master 3 Video Request SE #1
Hi,

I have been in conversation with Logitech support, they want video evidence of the device not connecting (pretty simple) with todays date and ticket number on a piece of paper, is anyone able to help me with this please? Else my last choice will be to go and buy the item legitimately then do it, happy to provide vouch after work complete etc.

Do exactly that, then return It for a refund.

If It's purchased In-store, all In all It'll only take a couple of hours (or less) of your time - buy It, create the video, return It and arrive home.

Anybody able to help provide a legit Logitech mx master invoice number or purchase, I originally sent in laptop direct invoice which they actually cross checked and said did not exist...

if you tell them its faulty after u claim warranty could they potentially find out u double dipped
