Hi,
I have been in conversation with Logitech support, they want video evidence of the device not connecting (pretty simple) with todays date and ticket number on a piece of paper, is anyone able to help me with this please? Else my last choice will be to go and buy the item legitimately then do it, happy to provide vouch after work complete etc.
