Some shapes are not aligned properly, especially the bottom part of the mouth. Some of the edges have a triangular indentation, possible due to the design being made out of shapes, you didn't align shapes on their corners. The overall design has a wierd consistency when it comes to spacing. Design wise, looks like a cybercrime or gaming team design rather than an athletic one.

Design looks pretty cool, just needs some polishing.
