This is what programs like FoxxyJava do, but you can do it manually and save money.

Defacing a Website

• Step 1. Go to whatever website you'd like to duplicate. I will be using www.Runescape.com.
  
  Step 2. Press CTRL+U to bring up the entire pages HTML source.
  Runescape's Source is too long for me to post :unsure:
  
  Step 3. Open the code in Notepad++, and then insert the applet code found below.
