This post is leaked from the premium section of "Legion" on the competing hack forum. There will be 5 new leaks a day. There may be some format problems due to UTF8 character encoding.

This is the first time I have written a tutorial, if you find errors or things that could be improved please PM me. Thanks.
Hello Legion, my name is Hefty and today I will be showing you how to setup a virtual machine. What we will be setting up the virtual machine on is called Virtual Box, Virtual box is a good virtual machine for beginners. You can download Virtual Box from here. After you install it and run it, this will show show up.
Now, we are going to press the blue button in the upper left.
After you press the blue button in the upper left, this will show up.
I have already entered the information in the fields. You can do pretty much any operating system that you want to try out, in this case I will be using BackTrack 5 which can be downloaded here.
After we press next, a thing where you can choose how much ram you want in your virtual machine shows up on your screen.
Here you can select how much ram you want, it doesn't really matter how much you choose, but I suggest over 256mb just so it isn't slow. Keep in mind if you plan to run programs that require a lot of ram you might want to bump it to 1024mb which is 1gb.
Now, after you have pressed next creating the hard drive will show up.
Press create a virtual hard drive.
Now here, just select the first one and you'll be fine.
Again for this one, choose the first one so that if you run out of space it will add more space as long as you have enough space on your computer.
I usually make 8gb on all my virtual machines but we have dynamically selected so we don't need any more.
This is my favorite part, we finally start up the virtual machine.
We are going to go up to the green button at top that says start and press it.
Now, we are going to press the thing that I circled in red.
After that find wherever you put your ISO (I suggest desktop and make a folder for it after you setup the virtual machine).
Now you have a virtual machine setup.
