If your new to website designing check this video tutorials out because written tutorial cause some people confusion and learning it step by step in video make it more easier.

Video tutorials (when presented well), are an excellent and enjoyable method of learning.

Although It's down at the moment, this website, namely securitytube.net, also has well-crafted video tuts predominantly In the hacking sector.

guys im an aspiring web developer, i already know some basic to advance html css ang javascript, but im still a novice,can u suggest other things that i must gain/acquire to be successful in this particular field?

In terms of back-end (server-side), PHP Is a must.

Also Python and C/C++

No doubt It's Interchangeable. My posts were based In a predominant manner.

I've just hit a quick Google search and found this on Wikipedia. It gives a good Insight on the languages popular sites use, both client & server-side.

I also strongly suggest learning database structures- querying, manipulating, storing & retrieving data and so forth. Sybase, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MS Access etc.
