1-2 Green Bell Peppers = $2.00

5 Chicken Breast = $20.00
1 Box of Long Grain Rice = $5.00
1 box of Shake and Bake = $2.00
2 Bundles of Broccoli = $4.00

2 Boxes of Eggs = $4.00
1 Bag of Whole wheat Bread = $3.00

All of the above ingredients and items can be rationed throughout the week, eat 5 meals a day minimum. Small or large, get them in.

Also if you are looking to spend a bit more and get more for your buck check out: [HERE]

About this, how do you think I should spread this setup out throughout the week? Like for Monday (items) , Tuesday (items), or it is like is it just a random eat, so like 5 meals a day but any of the listed above.

Considering rice, pasta, eggs, chicken, and tuna can be spread up pretty well I'm sure 1/2 a cup of any of those per meal should be fine, you can make the tuna and chicken last twice as long by splitting them in half each day. Truly it's up to you, it's been a while since I've used this shopping list. I usually take in 300g of protein a day which is well over a whole chicken breast or two, but since I'm getting back to shredding this month I'll probably use this, I shall edit this soon!

Bodybuilding diet plan doesn't work (link wise), but this is a great diet. I follow something relative to this. Instead of chicken, I usually eat steak and I love eating eggs. Great diet here and I vouch this will help you burn weight and achieve mass gains. Very good diet.

Odd, for some reason the URL kept gaining an extension causing it to fail, just remove it for now. Confusedmile: Thanks for the vouch though Matt!
