Here is a leak for you guys. The few that don't know how. I had tested this personally and it works. Very useful and was hand written.

It all started in December when I purchased the game "Tony hawk pro skater 5". The game is just awful in my opinion so I decided yesterday to test my social engineering skills and I will be honest I am not a pro at it so it is an accomplishment to me and here is how I did it.

I contact Microsoft support on xbox.com, Their live chat support. I started off the conversion nicely, This is what I said.

Hello David!

It's nice to have quick convenient support, Anytime I have a small problem that maybe we could resolve real quick.

He then greeted me and he said thank you very much for compliment, Sure we can be assistance, How may we assist you?

Ok thank you very much!

My brother just confessed some news to me, In December he had purchased a game for me for the sake of Christmas, It was with points on my account, I hadn't noticed as I have not been presently with my console, I went on a business trip for about a month to Italy, When I have arrived back I promised my family I would take them on a vacation so in the mean time my little brother had purchased this game, I have not interest in keeping the game as I have just found on about it less than 2 hours ago, Is there a refund or compensation I can get for it?

As I did not purchase this game and could use this money logically as financial is tight at the moment from these 2 major trips I just had returned from.


After that he just basically said I will need to speak with my manager about this and asked me if it was okay to put me on hold briefly. So the next thing you know I got refunded $63.43 which I don't know why because it's marked down for like $49.99 now new. Anyway that is how I got my money back plus more.

My friend tried this after wards and got some persuaded employees that this wasn't possible, He just kept switching employees until it worked and the last one he did have to argue that it technically was an unauthorized purchase and it worked on another game, I believe it was Black Ops 3.
