I know this is an old tool but it's still a very good source to learn from and still develop further, I've decompiled Plasma RAT 1.7 back to readable source for you to play with and see the changes made between 1.5 & 1.7, VT & Hybrid Analysis scans below.

If and when you decide to re-up the file, use Hostr.

I've got files sitting on their servers for years, and I've yet to have a single one removed.
