I've watched videos on it and contemplated playing, but I never felt the urge to try it out. I've played most mmo games out there but I am trying to sever my ties with MMO games since they are a huge distraction for me. Is it like a traditional mmo with the need to sink alot of time into it to get anywhere? What do you like about it that drew you to it?

My friends talked a lot about it so I decided to check it out. The graphics are awesome, the gameplay is near flawless, I haven't found a single bug and it's just SO FREAKING ADDICTING!
(also, I need an RP generator :nerdSmile

League of Legends sucks compared to the maker of MOBA's - DoTA ! You might want to try DoTA before full commitment to LoL!

Have you guys tried out DC Universe Online? The open world PvP in that game is almost perfect. Lots of PvE content as well.
