I'll be honest with you. I think it looks horrible.

Good things
Layout idea is good
Size is good
Screenshot boxes are good

Stuff to work on
There's far, far too much noise in the background
Text, including fonts and layer styles
Overall it looks quite 90s; it's the whole 'cyber' look. It's not a good look, haha
Colours are too dark for my tastes.

Keep working at it, you'll crack them eventually!

For some odd reason my Thread designs come out dark and older looking./:
Maybe cause I'm colorblind -_-

I like the thead's design quite a lot. It looks simple and sleek. The colors are well chose and the layout is just perfect.
Next time though, try to save it as .PNG file format instead of a .JPG. It does make a huge difference in quality of the over all picture..
