Judging by personal experience, Microsoft DaRT does a great job with the repair process, and also resetting local user account passwords. Although they're not publicly-available, I have every release for all Windows versions & editions In bootable ISO formats.

I've noticed this from the time of the post, some 4 months prior.

Whilst this may be consistent (not always, other's simply plagiarize) with bot-like behavior, after analyzing his/her other contributions, they're not. I need solid grounds with any decision making of this nature.
