Originally I had offered to buy L33thacking.net from t3h jok3r. Unfortunately, they are a scammer, and not a person to do business with.
I had purchased the forum for the sum of $30.00 USD (only $18.00 USD was paid), but they never honored their end of the deal.

In our deal, I was to receive:

• The domain
  
• Their database
  
• A full backup of the site
  
• Any themes used on the site
  

I haven't received any of these yet, and they have been spreading false rumors about us being involved in several attacks on their site.
I apologize for any information I gave you that is no longer valid because of this incident. Unfortunately, I do not have control over scammers, and I can only prevent them from scamming others.

Once again, I hope you guys realize that this isn't my fault. Although I hope members of L33thacking see what a poor example of an owner t3h jok3r is.
Additionally, I would like to inform you that we had nothing to do with their site's downtime, or the removal of their site from Google.

Your staff have sold your sites information to me, your members don't like your site, your sites best members are coming to my site, your staff are leaving your site because they are getting paid to join my website and stay active here. Your site is almost finished, if you want I can make you an Admin and I can give you a video guarantee that this is a real deal and if I cheat you then you can do whatever you want to do. In return, close down your site and tell everyone to join L33THacking. I will also give you 40% of everything I earn.

Here's a good point, tell that poor scammer of a forum owner that downtime and the removal of their website shouldn't matter to them since you're buying it. Report the scam to IC3, the FBI takes this shit very seriously. I remember reading a report on this kid getting scammed $6.00 PayPal and the S.W.A.T. kicked down the scammer's door and sent him to prison. It shouldn't be so hard for them to track him since his hosting will give them a log. I know none of us are responsible for the downtime or the removal of their advertising but what does it matter if they're selling it, right? I have gather a pretty accurate DoX of their owner and I've paid a few members of his Forums to confirm the DoX, all of them showed the same information. I gave the basic details to members of other Forums and they came up with the exact same DoX. I can give the DoX to IC3 but it will take them a few weeks to take action. I just don't understand why an owner of a Forum doing fairly well would scam $18.00. What a sad kid. If you need further assistance teaching this kid a lesson, you know where to contact me. Also stealing money like that breaks many laws, most fraudulent and theft related, if you're a minor then he can get screwed for much more. The FBI takes Cyber Crime SERIOUSLY.
