It's not the builders fault, it's the lands fault. I mean, our street is built on a wasteland. I think a few hundred years ago, where my house was would have been wasteland/swamp-like and that's another reason it sinks. You can tell how quickly the house is sicking when cracks develop.

A few days of cold and bad weather here also expands our door. I often just kick it or push it really hard with my shoulders.
