I have downloaded Kali Linux live 2020.2 on to a USB with persistence.
I can boot it successfully and it runs, but the problem i have is being unable to connect to my WiFi.
Please Help have tried many videos and no solution works
Also sorry forgot to mention it is a laptop if that matters which i think it may

It could be any number of things. My guess is the drivers for your wifi card arent open source, or there is no linux driver. Check to see if you have the non-free repositories enabled.

I've dealt with an issue like that before. It could be two network managers clashing, or one just isn't running. Do you know what manager you have installed? By default you should have NetworkManager.

Yes i have NetworkManager Installed.

Yes i have NetworkManager Installed.

Okay, try to disable and enable NetworkManager. If you get an error trying to disable it, that may mean NetworkManager was never running in the first place.

Sorry for the late reply it actually is not running in the first place how do i get it running?
