Just had my first anger management class.

It sucked ass.
The lady was non-stop saying that this guy needs to just tell his wife what the deal is.
She seems like she was just trying to get him angry.
It was stupid as hell.

I rarely get angry, so I can't exactly empathize.
However, I have never thought highly of therapy groups, since a lot of people are forced to go.

I'm being forced because I was arrested for assault.
