No such thing as too minimalistic... honestly I liked the old theme but I can see why you changed it. This new one is cool too, but the one you're working on seems the same as a lot of the other forums to be honest but there's also a limit to how different each forum can be. I'd give it a thumbs up though.

We're not really interested in associating with other forums. Feel free to PM me any direct similarities and we'll likely make modifications. I personally think this theme is super unique in its own regard. It's worth mentioning that a lot of people have also copied us over the 3+ years we've been up.

Edit: The person we're working with suggested that the themes with similarity might in fact have been rips of his own, too.

I like the red outlines around the main content/body of the forum, looks sleek
TBH it looks quite similiar to what we have now (which I don't mind, I like the current theme), although the big SL logo in the middle is a great touch.

If I were designing the forum, I would put the user controls as a slide-out option from the left, with Sinisterly along the top of the slide-out), along with search/member list/upgrade/etc leaving just the SL logo > index and navigation/advanced stats, and moving the home button to the left of that powerline-esque SL>Index bar thing

For a real minimal approach you could put all the nav options in a hamburger JS menu under the powerline bar, but I would vote against that. WOuld be kind of deterring

Other than that, I like the look :O

Is the online/offline status icon being replaced with a text on postbit? It looks quite out of the place.
