Not good at all.
I'd say It'll take a while to be permissible by law. Once It does, we can then see the Impact Is has on everyone Involved.

Sounds kind of socialist. It's likely Netflix/Amazon will just follow suit and raise the cost of using their services. In the end, only the consumer will suffer.

I'm hardly surprised, not sure if anyone saw Netflix go up by $2 a year or two ago, but this could just mean more price increases. Also, many people are making some interesting predictions that these streaming services will replace regular TV. And I have to say, I've seen several people do just that.

I don't see why this is bad news. Like a lot of laws regarding the Internet, created by people who don't know how it works, I think we still have plenty of time before it gets effective (if it is one day).
