well,,just now i had i very bad though. For example : lets say that i run a rat on a school computer and it become my slave. Is there any posibility to get caught by that? i mean if the director of the school notice that a virus may have infected the computer,, he will probably call an advanced one. is there any posibily for the advanced guy to see my ip,,my everything and finally find out that it was me who put the virus on the computer?

Dude, you need to know more about how malware works before you should even think of doing something against a government institution! If you don't understand the fundamentals of how a RAT works then don't do something really illegal with it.

But if you do end up doing it, at least look up how to make yourself anonymous (VPN, proxies, etc.)

you don't even need to call the police. if it's a rat that's using rootkits, it will maybe be harder to look up ur ip, but if it's not, u can easily look up all the connections to other pcs from this one.
maybe they think that it's something other, but maybe they don't and ur f***ed up ^^ sry for my bad english just don't install a rat on a school computer if ur not 100% sure that you won't get cought.
