Running at 1.5k RPM Is quite good, but hitting 90-100 degrees Is not right at all. You'll definitely need to address It with a cooling pad.

I've just applied maximum cooling on mine (no Cool Master), and It's running at 4.7 RPM.

If I slot In the Cool Master cooling fan, It'll probably hit over 5.5k.

Ok little update. My laptop with the charger, i7 Idles 50 Celsius flat, no dipping or spiking. Without charger, idles at 30 Celsius. The charger gives this thing a massive performance boost. Like it is so noticeable. In fact a similar issue regarding this. My laptop is laggy at times even with basic tasks until the charger is plugged in. Is there any way to balance this? Power management in the control panel is not doing anything. It almost seems like the charger gives the hardware it's proper power input.

Do you've already created a custom power plan (High performance) to no avail?

Yeah nothing much changes. I mean this thing feels too powerful for it's own good. I will say the charger is a requirement for games. I can start a game like STALKER Call of Pripyat wiith no charger. 30fps. I plug in Charger, 300+ FPS, Brightness goes up, Fans Kick In, my NVIDIA 1050ti starts rolling, and my cpu turns into a molotov cocktail lmao!

A good cooling pad should drop down temperatures by 10°, anyway, you should try to kick your laptop, that worked for me lol (jk, i don't have a laptop).

By the way, obviously your FPS drop down without the charger, the power management drop down the frequenzy in order to consume less.

It's pretty much self-explanatory what Turbo Boost does (boosts the CPU's cores at a higher rate/frequency), so disabling It may just do the trick.
