Is The Death Penalty Justified? #1
I personally feel that the death penalty is never, justifiable. It is morally abhorrent to kill someone else, regardless of the reasoning behind it. What gives the state the right to rob people of the most important human right?

I do not agree. If you asked me 1 year ago I would have, but I came to realize that some people will do more harm than good.
In order for a better future you need to do some "inhumane" things.

"Inhumane" things are what start this discussion. If these actions weren't done to begin with, there wouldn't be a death penalty. Also, the death penalty was used hundreds of years ago. It's time the human race evolve. I believe that if humans do "inhumane" actions, they should rot in a prison cell.

I know it is more expensive, but what the hell are my taxes going to any way.

Well if we bring up evolution then eugenics should solve these issues.

We still have marriages, eat food, drink water, have a government, why doesnt the human race evolve?

Humans will always commit inhumane acts. The problem with that is doing an inhumane act back. The death penalty is contradicting and that point is obvious.

Say a 40 year old man takes, molests and then murders your liddo baby daughter, do you honestly feel that guy still deserves to keep living?

No I don't. But does that mean I wish for this man to be murdered the same exact way my baby does?

It's morally wrong in my eyes.

You cannot have morals if you wish to survive in this day&age.

How so? Just because I don't believe people should get murdered and should properly suffer by sitting in a cage everyday doesn't exactly mean that I won't survive.

If you stole, would you appreciate the government stealing everything you have?

Hah they rob us blind while the entire country is failing. I am just glad I can get out easily. The day when the US collapses is coming soon.
