Download seems to nig out sometimes early in the morning, I usually get between 104-106 Down (which is nice because I pay for 100 down) but this morning it doesn't seem to be reaching those speeds, oddly enough it's usually slightly faster around peak times. Upload is fine though, I usually get between 5-6Mb upload, though when it first got installed I was getting between 10-12Mb upload but over a few weeks it tapered off and never reached those speeds again, which I thought was odd.

Virgin need to lay cables for upload. While the 100MB down is nice, it's pretty useless for general use. I'd like a little more upload to host shit quickly, game servers, other such stuff.

Yeah, virgin upload speeds are absolute shit, seems like nobody in the UK has decent upload lines yet. Had Virgin, Sky and BT and had far shittier upload with all of them than the download speeds, but Virgin are the worst for it. With BT I paid for 40 down and got 30 down, with around 15 upload, and that was in a rural area, as was Sky. With Sky I paid for 40 down and got 35 down, with 20 upload, so way better upload speeds than Virgin but weaker download. It's about time Virgin laid some proper fibre lines for their upload because right now they've got the best download speeds around, but the worst upload of any company I've used.

I couldn't bring myself to remove the hood classic above, enjoy it as a time capsule.

That sounds fun, I was stuck with 2mbps down and 1 mbps up for a few months. I upgraded my internet like 3 or 4 times.

Internet has really been over priced lately. I remember when I was able to get 30Mbps for $25/month now its like $60.

I wish my ping was a bit better but that's a sacrifice I can make. I need to get Bell in here one of these days to replace the router, as they have a new router that they say could potentially double the speeds.

12ms is very good, you really have no sacrifice.

I'd like around the 6ms mark for when I play CSGO.

Not sure what CSGO is but for a game anything below 50ms should be just fine.
