Here is a tutorial on the process of installing mybb forum software, I will try to make it simple and easy to follow.

What you will need.

• Web hosting.
  
• Mybb
  
• FileZilla(Optional)
  

So first we want to download mybb here.
Once we have mybb downloaded open your FTP client, or file manager.
FileZilla can be found here.

Once in file manager or FTP upload the mybb zip.

Now go to yourdomain.com/install

Follow the steps.

Once you have got to step four.

Now we need to make a MySQL database.
Go the Cpanel and find the settings for MySQL.

Make a new database and a new user, when that is done add the user into the DB.
Once that is done go back to the installer and fill in the information.

Continue following the steps.

Create the admin user.

Click next and finish the install.

If done correctly you will see this.

Hopefully it will help some people.

Softalicous or what ever its called arrives with all good web hosts and will automatically install a copy of MyBB (plus other well known free scripts) which saves time. However, this tutorial is good if you're installing manually. It's pretty straight forward really.
