Individual cracking/spying help

Is it actually possible to "crack" an individual's social media/messenger/gmail? Im a newb, but have done a ton of research, but I don't think it's a thing. I have their email, phone num, even wifi password. Any help is appreciated!

If you don't have enough know how and experience you should first try to phish the PW - that's what you're most likely able to manage. I send you a beginner guide with which you should get this done.
