I would social engineer them.
I'd prolly try to SE an employee to download some malware or shit, or I'd do something like what was described in The Art of Deception. (a book co-authored by Kevin Mitnick)
If I can't go that route, I'd stop being lazy and look for digital vulnerabilities.
