Robbing a bank is pretty pointless, they keep very little physical cash on site. But if i was going to do it, it'd be like in Hana-bi. No point making a scene the bank is insured they couldn't give a shit just walk in and get the money.

But for the sake of it, let's just pretend there's a fuck ton of cash and I just have to get it, firepower and speed is key. That creates aggression on your part and fear for everyone else. I'd get it in 2 ways, I'd get some one to get an employee to get them in the back way. I know, from working in a bank, they have some sort of security regarding that. For instance it could be the person behind the door says "good morning" if you respond you're being held hostage if you don't it's all gucci. So I there's be a little recon prior some surveillance. Assuming this is a way in and works, I have a man behind the counter so no alarms. At least not alarm buttons. Then the other 3 come in the front and we just rush the place one on crowd control one to watch the manager one to watch the tellers/staff behind the counter. Maybe the other man could go in with the other guy in the back. The staff will dash for buttons I imagine. Then just get the manager to open the safe. Get in the car dump it in a park somewhere torch it get in 2 new cars, split and meet on the evening.

Tbh just robbing people is easier. Small restaurant, empty pockets, rob people at atms, just walk past women with hand bags and use some industrial strength scissors to cut the bags strap and run.
