Today I'll be sharing the program called: "IconChanger v3.8" with this program you can change any icon on any file which is great!

How to install IconChanger!

To get it installed open the .rar file and run IconChanger38.exe, then just follow the instructions.

Once you're there; open the program.

Okay now you've opened the program now left at the top you'll see: "Tools" click that then click: "Enter Registration Code." Now once you're there open the file: "Serial.txt" and fill the information in, then click "OK."
