Do you think that girls should work in IT or not?

I just wonder because many people have different opinions.. :Mini-Smile:

It doesn't make a difference to me what gender a person is so long as they know what they're doing and put the effort in

As long as the person can get the job done, I don't think gender should play a role Other than that they are both equal.

But when I was searching for a job in London, they rejected me because I am a girl.. So it made me to think about it

can't focus on code or anything IT related because they are thinking of You

Rejecting you because of gender is illegal in the UK (and most places around the world) are you sure it was because of this or are you just not right for the position? I'm not doubting you but those are pretty serious allegations

Discrimination is illegal whether it be age gender or anything else you would be quite within your rights to take legal action should you feel the need.

In the meantime be assured that most of the world doesn't work like this good luck in finding a suitable position.

I think there should be more girls in ICT, the majority of people I know in this sector are all male.

I already found a job I have a full time job now and they are happy with me. Hopefully.. heh
