Out of curiousity which channels do you browse? I use Freenode and on there I use ##Chat #Python and #BunsenLabs.

I idle on AnimeBytes.tv IRC, #animebytes and #idc, that's it really.

#BunsenLabs ftw. Though I'm not running it currently. I am currently running a debian sid + crunchbang customizations from my old crunchbang install. Also an arch + openbox because I love openbox. I've been meaning to try bunsenlabs as I was a HUGE #! fan.
I don't go on irc as much as I used to though. I might start jumping in. I've been planning to learn python so I'll probably see you around #Python and #BunsenLabs (though I prefer lua as a scripting language tbh)

I posted that publicly so all members could see it intentionally. That way other members know what to do as well.
I don't mind that much, but it's just a neater way to do things.
And to get back on topic xD:
I've not been using IRC lately. I used to be on the SL one but everyone moved back to skype and then Discord.

This topic got a little derailed earlier, but I'm interested in where people hang out.
I haven't used IRC in ages, but after stumbling upon a ton of IRC servers while scanning for socks5 proxies (Why do people use 1080 for IRC, instead of 6667/6697!?) and it got me to remember the "good 'ol days".
Anyone got a place they want to invite me to?
