Generally speaking, a lot of cereals are quite light. I wouldn't class cereal as a heavy meal.

I've experienced many occasions feeling hungry not long after eating cereal for breakfast.

It's very important to eat before and after getting high.
Drinking is very important as well, because your mouth will be pretty dry which is not really fun.

The man has munchies. Very normal. I remember eating cold rice that had sat out for an hour or two when I had some serious munchies.
