I feel like Killing people

The last 2 days when I'm around people, I feel like snapping their neck and killing them. No matter who they are, I have that urge to kill them.

I think I'm going insane.

Can anyone please help me? This is very serious.
Please tell me what is causing it.

Has anything stressful happen to you in the past couple of days? There is the possibility that you've just snapped, and hit insanity. But honestly, I've had the urge to kill someone before, its a rather scary feeling for me.

It happens with EVERYONE near me. Nothing has happened to me that was stressful lately.

Have you been diagnosed with anything such as Bipolar or Manic Depression or a insomniac? But, if push comes to shove, you've gone over the edge my friend. I'd suggest speaking with a Physician because these aren't normal urges.

Anyways, I'm being dead serious, I need some advice...

I just have this urge in me to just kill them and watch them bleed.
I can easily control myself, but it's scary, sometimes Its hard.

Edit: I just remembered I have been on medication for my headaches. I may have a little talk with my doctor tomorrow.

Have you not been getting a good night's rest? I was up for 3 days one time, and by day 3 I felt like just snapping everyone's neck who was talking and I thought I was going crazy.

I think it may be coming from my medication that I have been taking for 6 days.

That could be it.. I have taken some meds that made me think I was going crazy. Have you tried not taking them to see how you feel off of your medication?
