Why every time somebody gets hurt really bad and it's rolling on the ground in pain why somebody always has to come up and ask : "Are you okay?"
Man can you see him on the ground crying with his arm broken he's obviously not ok!
Can you explain to me why they ask such a stupid question?

Probably because they want to start a conversation to then help the person.
It would be a little awkward if some random guy took you up and rushed to the hospital without saying a word.

They do it in case you're hypermobile (double jointed everywhere), and you're just trolling them.
