What computer and from where on the dark web? There is a lot of scam online so be careful. let me know which site you plan to buy from I'll let you know if it's probably a scam or not.

Seems really unnecessary. You might get scammed, there's definitely no insurance and who knows about the quality of the pc anyway. If its some cheap ghetto pc then sure, let us know how it works out, but if its some high-end monster machine then I would suggest against it. I think that the dark web is for shady stuff exclusively, you might get a pc with some undetectable malware.

well, one thing if I did really buy it right. I can do one thing is clean the hard drive of viruses and malware. I can also make factory defaults of the computer.
Maybe @mothered have some advice for me.

Stay away from buying stuff from DarkWeb.
Lot of shit and scam is what I hear. You could be traced back too while shipping.
