Nope, not legitimate websites with money back guarantees anyways. 90% of the time those laptops are stolen anyways, if you want something powerful without such a price tag as an Alienware check out PCPartPicker. There's pre-made systems, or make your own (It's pretty hard to screw anything up with PCPartPicker).

That just means that the laptop on the dark Web is obviously carded or stolen. I don't know what this would mean on terms of functionality or being blacklisted though.
