Looks pretty good, I will try this out later, and indeed, I wouldn't upload it to Virustotal or Malwr. You can always run it sandboxed.

If I may post my thoughts.

I do agree that online virus scans DO distribute samples to AV vendors, Irrespective of whether they state otherwise. @XltSystem simply posted his comment In good faith- just to provide members with an Insight to the file Itself. As @Bish0pQ mentioned, you could run It In Sandboxie and post the screenshots thereafter.

Can you explain the tool work?

It basically take an executable file and it changes the shape of it so it's signature is different. It does it using cryptography .
