It's essentially a more aesthetically appealing version of MAL, but has a social media side to it. Personally, I find that it's easier to update the shows you are watching. They don't have players or anything, as it's not a streaming site.

Haven't really considered using a site like MAL or Hummingbird. There's streaming sites out there that are HD and keep up with the Anime you've finished, watched and the ones that you are watching. So I don't really have a need to have a MAL or Hummingbird.
