How to make remix's/dubstep?

I would love to start learning how to make remix's and stuff like that.

Can anyone point me in the direction of how this can be accomplished?

As far as beat making, FL Studio would probably be your best bet.

I heard Fruity Loops is nice to start. There are tons of tut's out there for FL.
