I think I can do 13k, unless there's something different in dialing code. As per my information there's only 13 dialing codes with starting with 3 digits. I could be wrong, but I cant find more info.

I had it, I was so close. I narrowed it down to 81 numbers. I used excel to save 1000 numbers then export to my phone, then Instagram, I found it.

Then I am left with 81 possible numbers. So, I thought I should message all numbers on whatsapp, and so I did but after messaging 70 something numbers, WhatsApp banned me.

I'm sorry, what I was trying to say was that I sent messages to 70 something people but only 2 replied, remaining others, I will never know about all those other people I messaged if they replied or not.

Maybe, I need to start searching with numbers I have.

I will try truecaller, I'll let you know how it goes and I'm in a different country, India. So, the international calling charges are a lot, I think it'll be the same for you, and it's a lot of numbers to help a stranger with.

Truecaller won't work, it shows error in manual search. I thought I'd dial those numbers and let truecaller search for in dialing history (if you're aware of how truecaller works) but it didn't work either.
