How to Loose weight fast? #1
Well hello guys Smile
Im just making this thread because I am doubting myself on how I look and feel.
When I run I get tired fast and sweat easily! :\
I aint fat but, i aint skinny either, and I have more "meat" on my upper body like stomach and up.
Im tired of feeling uncomfortable with what I wear (generally shirts -,-)
anyone have any tips on any workouts I can do, or how to improve not to eat alot but not anorexic either. lol

I use to be just like you. Then I did the Insanity Workout for 2 months. It was fucking hard work - I was going to bed at literally 6pm everday because I was so soar and tired. It paid off.

Haha, wow.

I'm currently going to a gym, been going for a week, I'm starting to feel better. Best way to lose weight = eat healthy + work out

Plain and simple.

All you need to do is stick to a plan of action of what your going to be doing. A good app if you iPhone/iPod Touch is Nike training its brilliant and is easy to use or do the good old fashion way push ups, sit ups every morning and before you go bed. It works for me Biggrin

I do Pushups before I go to bed, but how do I do more withouting giving in at like 5 haha,
and I run back and foward inside my housse at 10 pm 100 times lol, I dont have money for gym to poors.
and eat heathy in what way? As of today, no more hot cheetos only them real popatoe chips Wink
less soda, or water if can!

Try doing situps, they are good. Don't eat hot cheetos, regular cheetos, or patatoe chips. Just eat health stuff, and don't drink soda. If you must, drink diet.

I don't use any site, but I heard bodybuilding.org is a good site for that type of thing.

I'm also not over weight, but not fit either. I need to work on everything but my current job requires a lot of over time deck work.
I'm also lazy. Very lazy to the point of not really caring I'm serious out of shape.

I did insanity for 2 weeks, then school started and the headaches that I get started up again.. It sucks.. I get home and if I even try insanity I nearly pass out from the headaches.. When I did do insanity though, I lost like 8 pounds in 2 weeks.. It was great.. I wish I could of kept up for it.

So yeah, I recommend insanity and dropping pop.

I've never done insanity, it looks crazy though from the vids :o I may have to try it sometime soon

Run. When you can get a 9 min 1.5 mile, you've pretty much slimmed down as much as you'll be able to. For that arm strength, pick up a sport like wrestling or fighting.
