Pertaining to this statement:

It's not about "hacking/cracking" the password, but more so "resetting" It. This can be done literally within a few minutes using Microsoft DaRT (Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset). This applies to all Windows editions running Local User Account passwords (not Microsoft Accounts).

Login into the machine using KonBoot, copy the hashes for the password using pwdump and attempt to crack them using RainbowTables or Password lists that you've created.
