Just wondering, but where do you live??!?! You could get arrested for shaving a kids head in the U.S, its basically abuse.

I just cut my hair about 3 weeks ago and i can already feel it growing back pretty fast. -,-

I cut mine about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago, and its already gonna start turning into curls.
