I usually shower when I go to the gym (around 4 times a week). There was a period when I was a lot into skincare and stuff like that and I learnt that showering a lot is not ok for your skin cause it can damage your skin barrier and cause acne, eczema and things like that. I used to shower once, even twice a day. When I stopped showering so often my skin has improved a lot, acne decreased, and no more eczema or dermatitis. I also switched body wash to a more gentle one, and also laundry detergent (yeah no joke, that one is important aswell).
