I always thought sleeping was a waste of time, but that changed when I started experimenting with it. For a week I tried to sleep 5-6 hours a day, and for the next 8-9 hours the difference was huge. I learned that I naturally wake up after about 8.5 hours of sleep. When I slept 6 hours a night, it always got to me and I was generally less productive. I also started supplementing with ashwagandha and magnesium and it made me sleep deeper
After that i settled for 8hours of sleep a night minimum.

I've been trying to sleep without cut for at least 6 hours consecutive but I think age is a factor and it really is definitely hard to do.
