What is the estimate time of how long you sleep from night to day time?
I think i only sleep about 8 hours then wake up

Hmm.. well on school nights I usually go to sleep about 12pm and wake up at 8pm.

It varies. Generally 4-6 hours but sometimes I'll do the occasional 12+ hour catch up.

I well never do 4 to 6 hours of sleep i would be dead the next day lol.
